Welcome to Pladoré. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders

   Please carefully review your product, color, quantity, contact number, and delivery address before placing your order. An order is considered confirmed once it has been verified and accepted by Pladoré.

2. Product Information

   We make every effort to display our products, colors, materials, and dimensions accurately. Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or individual screen settings.

3. Address Changes

   No address changes are allowed after order confirmation. Please make sure your complete and correct delivery address is provided before confirming your order.

4. Return & Refund Policy

   Pladoré does not offer returns for change of mind, personal preference, color preference, or other reasons unrelated to a product issue. However, if you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or has a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly after delivery with photographs/videos so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our policy and applicable law.

5. No Exchange Policy

   Pladoré does not offer exchanges for size, color, design preference, change of mind, or any other personal preference. Where an item is incorrectly delivered, damaged, or has a verified manufacturing defect, the matter will be handled through the applicable return/refund or other appropriate remedy, rather than a standard exchange.

6. Advance Payment Discount

   Customers who choose full advance payment may receive a special discount where an advance-payment offer is displayed on the website or communicated by Pladoré. The applicable discount will be the amount shown at the time of purchase. Advance-payment discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated by Pladoré.

7. Delivery

   Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for being available to receive the order.

8. Payment

   Orders may be placed using the payment methods made available by Pladoré at checkout. For advance-payment orders, the order is processed after successful payment verification.

9. Order Cancellation

   Orders may only be cancelled before they are confirmed or processed for dispatch. Once an order has been confirmed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

10. Customer Information

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required to process and deliver their orders.

11. Applicable Rights

    Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Pakistani or provincial law. Pladoré reserves the right to update these terms when necessary.

Return Policy

At Pladoré, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Color preference
• Incorrect selection by the customer
• Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or mishandled after delivery

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product or reported issue has been reviewed and verified. For eligible cases, the refund will generally be made according to the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Pladoré may request valid bank/payment details to process an approved refund.

No Exchange Policy

Pladoré operates a strict No Exchange Policy. We do not provide exchanges due to change of mind, color preference, product preference, or incorrect selection by the customer.

Advance Payment Discount

Enjoy a special discount when you choose full advance payment on eligible orders.

• Available only on eligible orders
• Full payment must be received before order processing
• The discount cannot be combined with another promotion unless stated otherwise
• For an approved refund, the refund is calculated on the net amount actually paid after the advance-payment discount

Address Change Policy

Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order. Once your order has been confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
